All pricing is calculated on a ‘return to base’ basis, meaning the fee charged for the vehicle and driver returning to their original location (Central Geelong) if that is not the starting point after the service is completed. All our services are pre-booked and prepaid, ensuring a reliable experience for all our clientele, both new and returning.

Our fixed fees for popular destinations cater to those who require regular executive travel, enabling our clients to budget for their travel commitments, regardless of the time of day or traffic conditions. All other custom travel options are billed at an hourly rate, with a minimum booking of 1.5 hours. Geelong Luxury Transfers offers our Premium Mercedes Minivan, which includes all amenities and a professional driver, for $180 (inc GST) per hour. Our minimum booking fee is $270 (inc GST), reflecting a ‘return to base’. We accept all major credit cards and direct bank transfers.
